Speed and Quality of Support
- When issues come up with third-party hosting, it can take anywhere from a few days to even weeks to resolve the issue – if it gets resolved at all. Finding the right department, navigating customer service and tech, what have you. On EOS hosting, we fully understand our environment – and on the rare occasions when something does go wrong, we’ll have complete access and complete familiarity with the systems.

- This also applies to our boilerplate code for standard installations. As we continue to build out client sites, we’re keeping our eyes open for consistent needs that can be added easily to the defaults – passing the savings on to EOS and our clients.
- Automating and standardizing so much of our process has introduced a lot of efficiencies into EOS’ website building overall. While the length of timelines is still bottlenecked by design and client interaction/revisions, EOS is paying less overall to actively develop more consistent, quality websites.

Security
- All EOS websites are SSL enabled that never expire. SSL is becoming the standard security expectation on web nowadays. It encrypts information between parties (like a website and its users) so that only the intended recipients can read it. It’s an important security feature, as well as an important psychological cue for users’ comfort: All SSL-enabled sites have the “https” prefix and display a padded lock.
